"A word of advice, don't leave your boats until the last few minutes before claiming it. Someone in my TF claimed either his Op or VP reward (can't remember which, can't find his thread) less than 2 minutes before it expired and his new one didn't come in.

He asked SC for help and they seemed unsympathetic, saying you should claim them at least 5 mins prior to them expiring. "
